Description
The Dombes region is unique in the way it is used for agriculture and fish farming, and in the exceptional biodiversity of its ponds and surrounding areas. We're proposing a rather original approach: discover the European Union's contributions to biodiversity, agriculture, water resources and climate change along a suggestive trail alternating between crops, woodland and ponds. We'll take time to observe the flora and fauna characteristic of an original and remarkable, yet fragile and threatened environment.
Route of approximately 6 km led by the Maison de l'Europe et des Européens de l'Ain in partnership with the Communauté de communes de la Dombes.
