Come and enjoy a 40-minute group session to the rhythm of the music!
On your rowing machine, the instructor will guide you through the movements to be performed on or around the machine!
There's something for everyone! It's a unique way to practice indoor rowing.
It's a comprehensive activity that's suitable for everyone. At the crossroads of fitness and physical preparation, rowing engages the body, the heart and the mind.
Muscular strengthening, cardio and good humour are all part of the sessions specially designed to burn off as much energy as possible while having fun!
