Description
The Auberge du Cézallier offers authentic local cuisine, based on seasonal and farm products. Sale of homemade charcuterie and farmer's Saint Nectaire.
Perched at an altitude of 1240 meters on the Cézallier mountains, between the Massif du Sancy and the Cantal mountains, the surroundings of the Inn invite you to an unusual discovery.
As you wander, you will be seduced by the infinity of horizons which marries with the extreme stripping of the landscapes punctuated by rare villages, oases of life, and ancient burons witnesses of the intense cheese activity of times gone by.
Because these summer highlands are the domain of the Salers breed, the famous "red cow" whose excellent cheese will delight your palate.
The village of Montgreleix stands in the heart of this mountain. It will be for you the starting point for many possibilities for walks and hikes, mountain biking, skiing or snowshoeing in winter, but also escapades by car which will lead you in no time to the prestigious sites of the Massif du Sancy and the Cantal mountains.
And, for lovers of nature art, all summer long you can discover the ephemeral works "Horizons Sancy" which will be as many opportunities for original walks.
