Classes by Ana Maria De la Fuente Amarante, professional pastry chef.
A specific calendar of themes is proposed, with the possibility of welcoming groups on other dates, and for themes on request.
Classes last 3 hours:
Welcome: coffee / tea
Presentation of the subject and its history, if any
Demonstration of techniques and participation in some parts of the process: poaching, spreading, basting
Assembling and decorating a pastry for around 3 people made by each participant
Each participant leaves with his or her creation in a cardboard box.
