Description

A via ferrata is a mountain route designed for beginners: it is a general public activity aimed at all those able to climb a ladder.

Via ferrata are practicable all year round, depending on weather conditions.

There are via ferrata of different types and of different levels but all have in common the use of a cable, the lifeline, on which the ferratist "clips" to make sure. The development of practitioners takes place in a steep, sometimes aerial environment.
The rocky parts are usually equipped with ladder rungs sealed into the rock. Sometimes there are walkways, monkey bridges or other types of fun workshops.
