The classes include yoga postures that imitate animals or nature, games, stories, breathing exercises and relaxation.

Opening

All year round, every Wednesday between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm. Dates to be confirmed.
Workshop 1 Wednesday a month depending on age and demand. Other possible open days and schedules.
