Every evening, the Cassini restaurant offers a delicious and surprising three-course meal. This could be classic French cuisine, a local speciality or a dish invented by the chef. In summertime, the restaurant and outside terrace are open at lunchtime. Whether staying in the hotel or just passing through, come and enjoy the meals made to order from the restaurant's menu. There's something for everyone, including tasty pasta dishes for hungry cyclists and hikers, together with salads, seasonal soups and local specialities.

Every day, the kitchen brings in fresh, regional and, wherever possible, seasonal produce to serve you healthy, high-quality dishes. Wines are carefully selected and can be paired to your meal, with a wine menu featuring local and organic wines, as well as renowned French wines. A wide range of beers, liqueurs and sodas are also available. The chef will take into account any allergies or food restrictions, so please mention these when you book your table.
