Description

A weekly timetable is offered throughout the year. Sessions include Spinning, Suspension Training (with a TRX), Body Conditioning and Circuit classes (using kettle bells, dumbells, fitball, trx, boxing bags and focus mits and more)

Personal Training and private group sessions are by appointment.

Opening

All year round, daily between 7.45 am and 8 pm.
The reception is open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sunday by appointment.
