Plethora & Balthazar is also a wine bar atmosphere with 550 references to the card (including 150 within € 50 on the table), 28 wines by the glass and Champagne flute 6.
Plethora & Balthazar was awarded the title of Master Restaurateur, only official title recognized by the State to promote the kitchen entirely homemade and craft restorers.
