So, as well as Savoyard specialities and the inevitable galettes and crêpes served throughout the day, young chef Juliette's suggestions are sure to delight gourmets. Her homemade creations using raw ingredients include delicious cod, braised fennel and citrus butter, and the now classic prime rib of beef with morel mushrooms. And there's much more, as the menu changes with the seasons. Located in the heart of the resort, this restaurant is often fully booked, so make sure you book ahead!
