Difficulty of outings :
- Green: introduction to mountain biking for adults and children, warm-up on wide trails
- Blue: rolling, single-track trails
- Red: for sporty riders, enduro mountain biking experience required
- Black: for experienced enduro mountain bikers
- Electric: suitable for the whole family from 1.35m upwards

Mini pilot academy
1h30 on a circuit in Les Coches to discover balance and handling. 2 groups according to age:
* Mini pilot 3-5 years
* Mini pilot 6-8 years

All mountain academy: 3 sessions of 3h to discover mountain biking: how to ride efficiently and pilot on uneven terrain - From 9 to 13 years old
