Description

Live to the rhythm of the vine and discover how Véronique Antoine prunes her vines. A precise and sure gesture that conditions the future harvest. Véronique will explain that each grape variety, each region, requires a different pruning method. Then it's time to join her cellar to talk winemaking (ancestral method) and enjoy an enlightened tasting. Reservations required.

Please note: the pruning demonstration will take place in the vineyard, but the method can also be explained indoors, weather permitting.
