Description

At the same time, I combine the goal of letting go with targeted or total muscle relaxation for the body and face for everyone, and I also practise Thai floor massage.

My Suédosportif massage course has been designed for the preparation and recovery of experienced and high-level sportspeople, in close collaboration with physiotherapists and osteopaths. However, I'm keen to pass on the benefits to the body and mind of this practice for EVERYONE.

Here's my massage menu.

Swedish massage :
Swedish massage has its origins in the work of Swedish physiologist Per Henrik Ling in the 19th century. Ling was known for his research into the anatomy and physiology of the human body, as well as his medical gymnastics techniques. He developed a system of manipulating muscle tissue and joints to improve blood circulation, reduce muscular tension and promote relaxation.
This relaxing treatment has become one of the most popular forms of therapeutic massage worldwide. It is often used to relieve muscular tension, reduce stress and boost general well-being.

Deep tissue:
Originating in the USA, Deep Tissue is a massage ‘that can be very strong’, so it is applied to the deep muscular planes of the body.
Deep Tissue is not a ‘massage’ in its own right, as I rarely apply these techniques to the whole body. Rather, it's a set of deep-tissue massage techniques, used according to your pre-targeted needs, ideally combined with Swedish massage, which can already be a very strong massage.
These techniques are performed using the forearms, fists, thumbs or elbows. Listening, slowness and precision are essential. Regular exchange and feedback between us will be essential to ensure the best possible benefits!
Practising deep tissue therefore requires real expertise and listening at all times. It's not about ‘hurting for the sake of hurting’, as some people think. A methodical approach to the order and nature of the techniques is used to desensitise the skin receptors and then the muscles before reaching the deeper layers.

Thai massage:
2,500 years old, Thai massage combines the basics of yoga with traditional Indian medicine, Ayurveda. Originally practised by doctors, the therapist, called Nuad Boran, guides the client through a series of yogic postures while applying pressure along the body's energy lines (Sen lines) and acupressure points. These combined actions provide a session that is both relaxing and energising.

Thai massage is for everyone. You don't need to be flexible or practise yoga to reap the benefits. Your mobility is respected at all times and your comfort is ensured by cushions if necessary. The vigour of the movements depends on your needs: Thai massage can be energetic or very gentle.

Le Cocoon Ephélides :
A massage designed for people who want to let go and/or discover massage. The aim is to familiarise you with the benefits of massage therapy, with the aim of relaxing your body and mind, leaving you completely in your own bubble. An enveloping and comforting treatment, without heavy pressure, for the body and face.

Specific facial massage:
This technique allows you to shape and sculpt your face with your hands. This ultra-effective treatment is also environmentally-friendly and ultra-authentic, as there are no machines manufactured on the other side of the world and no cosmetics... just a series of manoeuvres that resemble knitting on the face.
Sculpting and anti-ageing, the Myo Facial massage is a highly effective full face and neck massage consisting of a series of techniques designed to :
- Plump up the face
- Reduce wrinkles by plumping them up
- Tone and firm the skin muscles
- Improve skin texture
As the face is covered with multiple nerve and muscle endings, it requires intense relaxation of the whole body and mind.

Several treatments can be combined.
