10 a.m.; The Caveau Bugiste at Vongnes
Nestled at the top of the village, the Caveau Bugiste * opens its doors to you for a highly instructive visit. After a stroll through the village, renowned for its flowers and traditional Bugiste architecture, you can visit the Vinorama "Tourism, viticulture and gastronomy in the land of Brillat-Savarin", which presents the Ain, the Bugey and its vineyards... you'll learn all about vine cultivation, winemaking, the different grape varieties, distillation...
Then, at the Musée des Traditions Vigneronnes, you'll discover a rich collection of wine-making tools and objects.
To round off the morning, we offer a tasting of wines from their production.

Lunch at the "Auberge de Contrevoz", where you'll enjoy cuisine based on fresh seasonal produce.

Marbled lake fish with local ham and vegetable vinaigrette
Pork tenderloin in a Pinot Noir du Bugey marinade, with Comté de Brénod apple surprise
Meringue glaze with seasonal sorbets, coulis and financier

3:30 p.m. : Cruise on the upper Rhône
1h50 cruise with commentary by the Captain : Boarding at Lavours-La Paillèrecruise on the canalized Rhône with lock passage, the Savières canal and the north of Lac du Bourget, then return. Disembarkation in the village of Chanaz (possibility of a self-guided tour of the village).
