Le Bouche à Oreille offers a range of home-cooked, high-altitude restaurants. The menu is inspired by local cuisine and good family dishes. There's no tartiflette or Savoyard fondue here, just veal shank confit en cocotte, kidney cooked in mustard sauce, or truffle risotto. The potatoes are peeled the same morning to be turned into chips. Farm chickens with thyme juice and mountain sausages are cooked on the rotisserie. The desserts are delicious: floating island with pink pralines, airy chocolate mousse with hazelnut chips, double cream with milk ice cream... All made on the premises.
