Description

Meeting point at Maison de la Réserve de Tueda . Along the walking paths round the lake we will stop and breathe, stop and feel. A time for meditation. Reaching a retired area we will practice a dynamic yoga that enhances physical and mental vitality. Un invitation to become creators of our own lives.
