Description

Course:
Start at 1.45pm from the boulodrome parking lot in Sallanches or at 2pm from the Dandry parking lot - Cordon

Clothing:
A multi-layer system in order to be able to modulate the clothing according to the temperature and the effort made:
● A technical undergarment.
● A warm fleece.
● A gore tex jacket (windproof and waterproof).
● Hiking pants.
● Hat.
● Light gloves for climbing.
● Warm, waterproof shoes (lined boots or brodequins suitable for winter).
● Warm gloves (in the bag).
● A bottle of water.
● Cereal bars

Transportation:
Carpooling whenever possible.

Opening
