- Riding position and bike set-up
- Positioning the rider on the bike according to circumstances
- Learning to brake / emergency braking
- Passing on a slope/steep incline
- How to take a bend correctly
- How to lift a front wheel: passing natural obstacles (rocks, roots, etc.)
