Departing from the factory on the bridge in the village of Gévoudaz, take a 1.5 km tour to discover the origins of the Opinel knife and the life of yesteryear.
Read the explanatory panels and discover the members of the Opinel family and their history.
Don't hesitate to stop off at the Usine du pont or Joseph's house for a family picnic.
