Five-day workshop on art therapy
Art therapy is a way to overcome yourself personally, to look at yourself and the world differently, to manage your emotions and to take care of who you are.
The workshop takes place in Ardèche. Artistic creation is an experience of discovery, exploration with matter and oneself through various stimuli offered.
The process of creation brings the participant to a deeper knowledge of himself, develops what makes the human alive.
The experience is gentle, slow and discreet, the importance lies in the process of expression rather than in the rendering, the aesthetics does not matter or little.
At the moment when a created person, something happens; he sets himself in motion and lets himself be recreated.
Joy often becomes his companion, the person takes shape and gradually anchors himself in reality.
The workshops take place outdoors, in the most beautiful natural sites of Ardèche.
Opening period
From 04/03 to 21/10/2024, every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9am to 12pm.
The workshops take place every week from March to October.
