That's why all our meats come from "Romans Viandes" and all have the "Région du Goût" label (from the Rhône-Alpes region only).

Our beef comes exclusively from carefully selected local breeds such as Charolaise and Limousine. Our meat is matured at its optimum stage to guarantee tenderness and a delicate taste. Our aim was to reconcile the French with the unique character of our local meats.

We also offer a catering service, "L'Escoffine", for cocktail parties, weddings, birthdays and other corporate meals.

We welcome you to our restaurant every day, whether for family get-togethers or business meetings (room available), and we also offer catering services for your events.

From 01/01 to 31/12
Opening hours on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday between 11.45 am and 2.30 pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 11.45 am and 2.30 pm and between 6.45 pm and 10.30 pm.
