Description

Meeting point at "Altiport" bustop. Along the walking paths of the forest we will stop and breathe, stop and feel. A time for meditation. Reaching an open area we will practice a dynamic yoga that enhances physical and mental vitality. Un invitation to become creators of our own lives.

Opening

From 14/12/2024 to 19/04/2025, every Monday, Wednesday and Friday between 10 am and 12 pm except on 12/02/2025, 14/02/2025, 16/02/2025 and December 25th.
